Scope Automations is a sole proprietorship operated by Dylan Mata. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Dylan Mata, doing business as Scope Automations.
This policy explains what information Scope Automations collects, how it is used, and how it is protected. It covers our text messaging program in particular.
Information we collect
When you call or text our business phone number, we collect the mobile phone number you contacted us from, the content of the messages you send us, and the date and time of that contact. If you choose to schedule an appointment, we also collect the name and any details you provide for that appointment.
We do not purchase, rent, or import contact lists. We only hold phone numbers belonging to people who contacted us first.
How we use your information
We use your information solely to respond to you, answer your questions, and schedule appointments you request. We do not use it for marketing or promotional messaging.
Mobile information and text messaging
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Message frequency varies. Messages are sent only in response to a call or text you make to our business number, and only for the duration of that conversation.

Reply STOP at any time to opt out and receive no further messages from us. Reply HELP for assistance.
Service providers
We use third-party service providers to operate our phone and messaging service and to schedule appointments. These providers process information only as needed to deliver those services on our behalf, and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing.
Data retention
We retain conversation records for as long as needed to serve you and to keep accurate business records. You may request deletion of your information by contacting us.
Your choices
You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. You may also contact us to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to request its deletion.
