Program description

Scope Automations sends text messages to customers who contact our business phone number. If you call us and we are unable to answer, we send you a text message letting you know we missed your call and offering to help by text. If you reply, we continue that conversation to answer your questions and to schedule an appointment if you want one.

These are conversational customer service messages. This is not a marketing or promotional program, and it is not a recurring subscription.

Some replies in this conversation are generated by an automated assistant. This is disclosed to you in the first message you receive, and you can ask to speak with a person at any time.

How you opt in

You opt in by contacting us first. Calling or texting our published business phone number from your mobile phone is your consent to receive text messages from us at that number in response. We do not message any number that has not first called or texted us, and we do not purchase, rent, or import contact lists.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. Messages are sent only in response to contact you initiate, and only for the duration of that conversation.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for these messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply to messages you send and receive.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. We will stop messaging that number immediately and will send no further messages to it. To opt back in later, reply START or contact us again.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.

Privacy

Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
